Pricing
This page describes the standard pricing model of the PraeDeals platform. Local currency conversion and taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are applied at checkout where applicable.
1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise in the checkout flow.
AI Manager is an additional extension of the Company Subscription and is charged separately. Activating AI Manager does not change the price of the base Company Subscription. AI Manager can only be used with an active Company Subscription.
2. One-time keys
Some paid actions in PraeDeals are performed using one-time keys (digital goods delivered immediately after payment).

3. Taxes, invoices, and payment processing
Merchant of Record: Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for SaaS payments on PraeDeals. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation/collection, and provides receipts/invoices to customers.
Tax display: Base prices are listed in EUR. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and tax status. Local currency conversion may apply.

Advertising payments: Advertising spend (prepaid advertising budget) may be processed via bank acquiring and/or an authorized payment service provider. For such payments, PraeDeals acts as the merchant (not Paddle).
Advertising payments are not covered by the Refund Policy (Paddle purchases only). See: Terms of Use and the Ads checkout flow.
4. Advertising and other services
Advertising services (including impressions and promotion of publications) are paid separately from subscriptions and keys. For such payments, bank acquiring and/or an authorized payment provider is used; taxes and mandatory charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Payment for advertising services is made by users through the purchase of PraeDeals advertising service packages. The cost depends on placement parameters (including targeting and reach); the exact amount payable is displayed in the Ads interface and/or at checkout before payment confirmation. The indicative cost per 100 impressions (if displayed) is for informational purposes, is shown in the Ads interface, and is not a publicly fixed price.
As a rule, the cost of advertising services provided in full or in part is non-refundable. A refund may be available for services not provided or erroneous payments — in accordance with the Terms of Use and/or the terms displayed at checkout, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law. Before initiating a dispute/chargeback, we recommend contacting support first.

5. Advertising packages
To plan and order advertising services on the Platform, PraeDeals advertising service packages (denominations) are available. A PraeDeals advertising service package is a defined volume of advertising services ordered by the user for placement and display of advertising information through the Platform interfaces in accordance with the Platform rules and within the established limits. The actual number of impressions depends on targeting, campaign settings, and the auction.

The package denomination is selected in the Ads interface. Fixed amounts for packages are not published on this page. The exact amount payable in UAH (at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on the invoice issuance date, if applicable) is displayed in the invoice and/or checkout before payment confirmation.
Taxes and mandatory charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Refund/dispute terms for advertising payments are described in the Terms of Use and/or displayed at checkout.
